QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we
begin.

A few useful answers to help you take the first step with confidence.

Contact details
Do I need complete plans before sending an inquiry?

No. An approximate lot size, a rough idea, a list of spaces, and a few reference images are enough to begin the conversation.

What can I attach to my project brief?

The form is designed to accept JPG, PNG, WEBP, or PDF files, including inspiration images, sketches, survey plans, floor plans, and site photos. Please only share files you have permission to send. Online submission is still being configured, so do not upload real client information yet.

Can I inquire about renovations or space planning?

Yes. Choose the closest project type in the form and explain what you need. The studio can then clarify whether the requested scope is a fit.

Does submitting a brief commit me to a project?

No. The brief is an initial inquiry, not a project agreement or quotation. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and professional responsibilities should be confirmed before work begins.

Will C + D handle permits and professional sign-off?

Requirements depend on the project and location. Discuss required plans, permits, signatories, and coordination with the studio before engaging services.

What if I do not know my budget or exact measurements yet?

Choose “Not sure yet” where available and share what you do know. Estimates and measurements can be refined as the project is discussed.
